Role Responsibilities:
-
Delivering high-quality dishes promptly
-
Training and mentoring staff
-
Managing and creating staff rotas

Overseeing stock control and ordering
-
Cost control, and continuous improvement of menu offering

Coordinating with delivery partners (e.g. Uber Eats)

Participating in weekly and monthly management meetings
