what goes into our gyoza
all of our gyoza are made using top quality ingredients to ensure that each one is packed with flavour. our meat is provided by ruby & white butchers in bristol, our fresh veg is brought to us by total produce, while our more exotic asian ingredients are picked up from wai yee hong supermarket in eastgate.
it took us a while to find the perfect gyoza skins (yes we tried to make them ourselves, no it didn’t go well) but eventually we found the brand that perfectly suited our needs. they come all the way from tokyo and are made using only flour and water, producing the perfect crunchy gyoza bottom every time!
